Eastgate Rentals

These guys were awesome! My mother-in-law insisted on a floor for the entire length of our 40 x 80 tent. Even though it was a pain for them, Eastgate executed it beautifully. They really did a great job with the tent and floor.

The people at Eastgate Rentals know their stuff. When I called to make the initial reservation, I recieved a quote in the mail shortly after and they provided everything we needed. When I called to make changes they were always flexible and they delivered all of our rentals on time and the chairs, tent and lighting were all in excellent condition.

Eastgate provided all of our event rentals, chairs, tent, dance floor, tables etc. The crew that came to set up the tent weren't exactly pleasant but they got the job done and the weather was bad so I can't exactly blame them. There were some problems (they forgot a section of the dancefloor and there was a hole in one of the tent panels) but Eastgate rushed out to make it right bringing a new panel and floor section. They were very apologetic and offered a discount. I appreciate a vendor who makes it right when they make an error.
